The Company provides training, education, and upskilling through digital, virtual, and online tools to improve your understanding of fundamental concepts, develop industry-relevant skills, and enhance career prospects.


This privacy policy governs your use of the "bytr.in" website (www.bytr.in); the "Application" of bytr.in, including mobile or web applications hosted by Invact and/or Invact entities; and any other platforms owned by Invact and/or Invact entities (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). These platforms are not limited to AR applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbots, or any other communication medium used by Invact to provide its services to users.

Educational Partners

Invact School Private Limited is NEITHER a university NOR affiliated with any university/association. Invact is an education service provider offering courses and programs in consultation with Indian and International universities, institutions, and other entities ("Educational Partners"). Educational Partners may have their own privacy policies and terms of use, which Invact has no control over. Users must review these policies before using such services.

Clear GIF’s

‍We may use "clear GIFs" (Web Beacons) to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously without personally identifying the user. We may also use clear GIFs in HTML- based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. We use this information to inter-alia deliver our web pages to you upon request, to tailor our Website/Application/Platform and/or service/s to the interests of our users, to measure traffic within our Websites/Applications/Platform to improve the quality, functionality, and interactivity of our Website/Application/Platform and/or Services and let advertisers know the geographic locations from where our users come without personally identifying the users.

Information related to Logs

To enroll in courses, programs, seminars, or services, or to purchase any products offered by Invact through our Website/Application/Platform, you may be required to make payments online through options available on the bytr.in Website/Application/Platform ("Payment Method"). Invact does not store any of your debit/credit card information or any information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for payment processing. We have partnered with secure third-party payment gateways to facilitate payments for the services. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of that payment gateway provider.


You acknowledge that if Invact’s third-party payment provider stores any payment-related information, Invact shall not be responsible for such storage. It is solely at your discretion to allow the third party to store such information. Any loss or damage caused by the use or storage of such information will be entirely your responsibility, and Invact is not liable for any such losses. Invact will not be responsible for reimbursing or compensating you in any way for such losses. Additionally, you agree to pay any applicable fees for payments made through third-party payment gateway platforms.

Alerts

We may alert you by email or phone (through SMS/whats app/call/any other available mode) to inform you about new service offerings of Invact and its subsidiaries/affiliates or other information which we feel might be useful for you and your education goals and/or prospectus.

Public Forums

When you use certain services on our Website/Application/Platform, like the courses, virtual classrooms, discussion forums, various clubs, virtual space for socialization, and/or any other virtual space/feature, you may post or share your personal information in and/or any conversations/communications such as comments, discussions, messages, files, photos. All such activities will occur in India. If the Website/Application/Platform and/or Services require sharing information with any other country, it will be done only when necessary. By sharing your Aadhaar number, you authorize Invact to collect, use, and store the Aadhaar number solely for authentication purposes and to provide services in accordance with applicable laws. The Aadhaar number collected will be kept protected as per relevant legal provisions.
