Invact is neither affiliated with any university nor has sought de-jure recognition for its academic programs from any statutory body. Invact Students must categorically know that Invact does not give any degrees or has given any degrees ever since inception.

This document is an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its amendments, along with the applicable rules and provisions concerning electronic records as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing, or using the "bytr.in" services (defined below). These terms and conditions constitute a legal contract ("Agreement") between You and Invact School Private Limited ("Company" or "Invact") having its registered office at Villa A1, Olympia Enchante, Prestige Ozone, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066, India.

You acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth below, along with the Privacy Policy available on the website "www.bytr.in." If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Services and/or must immediately discontinue the Services and/or uninstall the mobile application. Invact reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the bytr.in Website(s), Application(s), or Platform(s). The updated version of the Terms of Use will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates or changes. Your continued use of the bytr.in Website(s), Application(s), and/or Platform(s) after changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of and agreement to the revisions, including additional terms, modifications, or removal of any part of these Terms.

As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Services. USING THE BYTR.IN WEBSITE(S), APPLICATION(S), PLATFORM(S), AND SERVICES INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By expressly or impliedly accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to be bound by the bytr.in Policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) available on the bytr.in Website(s) and Application(s), Platform(s), as amended from time to time.

• "We", "Us", "Our", "Company", "Invact" – Refers to Invact School Private Limited and its entities.
• "You", "Yours", "User", "Yourself", "Invact User" – Refers to any non-registered individual or corporate body, registered user of Invact and Invact entities, including but not limited to Invact customers or Business Partners.
• Business Partners – Refers to any individual or group of individuals with whom Invact or Invact Entities have a contractual relationship. This may include, but is not limited to, Educational Institutes, Colleges, Schools, Individuals, Teachers, Ed-Tech Companies, Advertisers, Deal partners, Financial Institutions, etc.
• Code of Conduct – Refers to the required code of conduct for all students enrolled in various courses/programs/seminars/other services offered by Invact. The Code of Conduct may be amended from time to time without advance notice, and it is presumed that you will review the Code of Conduct on a regular basis.
• "Content/Invact Content" – Refers to any and all information and data, which may include but is not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, maps, photos, sounds, music, projects, courses, programs, assignments, presentations, lectures, conversations in virtual space, videos, logos, offers, advertisements, virtual classes, interactive features, video lessons, quizzes, homework assignments, programming assignments, programs, code, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips, HTML files, and other materials available on the Invact Application, Invact Platform, and Invact Website.
• Force Majeure – Refers to any event that is beyond the reasonable control of Invact. This includes but is not limited to war, riots, fire, flood, acts of God, explosion, strikes, lockouts, satellite failure, civil commotion, slowdowns, prolonged shortages of energy supplies, pandemics, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer/server crashes, acts of state, governmental, legal, or regulatory actions prohibiting or impeding Invact or Invact Entities from performing their respective obligations.

By accessing the Services of Invact through the Website, Application, and/or Platform, you represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, it is presumed/implied/deemed that you are accessing the Services with the consent of your legal guardian.
• You are capable of entering into a contract/legally binding agreement, either directly or through your legal guardian.
• You, either directly or through your legal guardian, have the right, authority, and capability to enter into this Agreement and abide by all provisions of the "Terms of Use" of Invact Services.
• You are not barred or legally prohibited from accessing or using the services of Invact or Invact Entities under the laws of India.
• You are not impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your age or affiliation with any person or entity.

Invact and Invact Entities reserve the right to terminate your contract to use any Invact Services through the Website, Application, or Platform in the event of any incorrect representation of the above-mentioned conditions.

All documents and information submitted by you for any Invact Services through the Website, Platform, or Application are true, correct, authentic, and belong to you.

Whether you have enrolled in any Invact Services or are simply browsing the Website, Application, or Platform, once you access the Website, Application, Platform, and/or any Invact Services, you are considered a 'user' for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for all your activities in connection with the use of the Website, Application, Platform, and/or any Invact Services. By using these services, you agree to fully comply with all applicable local, provincial, state, national, and international laws, treaties, and regulations.

You shall not engage in unethical practices while using the Website, Application, Platform, and/or Invact Services. Specifically, you agree not to:

Post or transmit any communication or solicitation, or cause it to be posted or transmitted, that constitutes "phishing," "pharming," or "whaling" designed to obtain passwords, accounts, personal information, confidential information, or private information from any user of the Website, Application, Platform, or any third party.

If any such event occurs, Invact shall not be liable for any loss of data, compromise of the user's device or computer system, or any other damage.

You acknowledge and agree that Invact has the right to report any suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal or police authorities without notice to you.

As a user, you agree to:

• Not harass other users, students, instructors, guest lecturers, mentors, agents, or visitors.
• Not create an atmosphere of disharmony or hostility within student groups.
• Not cheat on any assignments or exams for Invact Services.
• Not post secured testing materials online.
• Not share solutions to assignments or exams.
• Notify instructors immediately if you become aware of any user cheating or breaching these Terms and Conditions.
• Comply with the specific Code of Conduct applicable to the Invact Services in which you are enrolled.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct upon enrolling in any of the Invact Services through the Website, Application, or Platform.

Invact respects third-party intellectual property rights and actively supports the protection of all third-party intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks ("3rd Party IP"). It is our policy to promptly respond to clear notices of alleged IP infringement. Upon receiving proper notification of 3rd Party IP infringement, we will immediately evaluate the claim, and if it is found to be valid, our response will include removing or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing.

Invact shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of 3rd Party IP. Users who engage in such unauthorized use or infringe any IP on the Platform, Application, or Website are responsible for fully indemnifying and holding Invact harmless against any and all claims that may arise as a result of such unauthorized use.

You agree not to incorporate the word "Invact" or any Invact marks, trademarks, or other intellectual property into your works, presentations, trademarks, service marks, company name, internet addresses, domain names, or any similar designations unless you receive express written approval from Invact. Additionally, you may not remove, modify, change, or alter any Invact intellectual property or co-brand your services or materials with any Invact intellectual property without prior approval.

The services on the Platform, Application, Website are licensed for limited use and are not sold or assigned. In consideration for your agreement to these Terms of Use, Invact grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform, Application, Website, Services and Invact Content solely in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. On completion of the Service, Invact at its sole discretion shall deactivate your account and/or give limited access to specific content or activities.

You may wherever specifically mentioned and/or allowed may download the portions of the Invact Content available on the Platform, Website, Application for your own non-commercial and personal use only, provided you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Invact Content. You shall not copy, sell, resell, reproduce, publish, modify, transfer, retransmit, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of Platforms, Website, Application and/or Invact Content.

The Platform, Website, and Application may allow you to upload assignments, presentations, forum posts, chat with other users and Invact counselors, participate in user discussions, create profile pages, and share video and audio during virtual classes and other content for social interaction or specific use during the Program or Services. This content may include questions, hypotheticals, examples, assignments, presentations, industry projects, video and/or audio recordings during virtual classes, and conversations in virtual spaces such as libraries, canteens, and other virtual areas (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you hereby assign to Invact absolute, exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable rights to use the User Content globally across all media platforms.

As part of this assignment, Invact retains the right to use your User Content on the Platform, Website, or Application, even if you terminate or discontinue your participation in Invact Services.

By submitting any content, opinions, views, assignments, presentations, or other material ("Your Material"), you grant Invact an absolute, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute Your Material in any media or distribution methods (now known or developed in the future). Invact may associate Your Material with you at its discretion. You acknowledge that other users may use Your Material in the same manner as other content on the Platform, Website, or Application. Even if you delete your User Account, Your Material, along with your name, may continue to be available on the Platform, Website, or Application.

Please note that Invact under no circumstances presents itself as an accredited university or any association/affiliation with any university and/or college nor the educational courses provided by Invact are in any nature equivalent to any professional degree or have been approved as credit equivalency by any educational authority. Invact does not issue any degree for their courses.

Further, the course structure, syllabus, and guest lectures are tentative and can be altered, if needed, at our sole discretion. We intend to train you as per industry requirements and make you job-ready too. But you should understand that no one could guarantee you a job. It's a competitive market. We will equip and train you enough to crack the interviews. But in the end, it is you and your performance that will matter. Hence, we shall reiterate that we DO NOT GUARANTEE any job or placement.

The Platform, Application, Website and/or Services, may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Invact, therefore, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice/intimation. The Platform, Website, Application and/or Services and any information or Invact Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and are not error free. Invact makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, with respect to Invact Content or Services available on or through this Platform, Website, Application including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In the preparation of the Application/Website/Platform and/or Services and/or Content therein, every effort has been made to offer the most current, correct, and clearly expressed information possible. Nevertheless, inadvertent errors may occur. In particular, but without limiting anything here, Invact disclaims any responsibility for any errors and accuracy of the information that may be contained in the Application/Website/Platform. Any feedback from User is most welcome to make the Application/Website/Platform and Contents therein error free and user friendly.

Invact also reserves the right and discretion to make any changes/corrections or withdraw/add contents at any time without any prior notice. Neither Invact nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information, Content and materials found or offered on Application/Website/Platform and/or Services for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such Content, information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall Invact be liable for any damages or any other amount for utilizing any Services through Website, Application or Platform.
